To ensure accurate records, all address changes must be submitted to JP Oil in writing. Please note that a postal forwarding order is not sufficient; without proper notification, royalty checks may be returned to JP Oil, and your account could be suspended due to an invalid address.
If the registered owner is listed as multiple individuals, each person or their designated representative must provide a signature, along with documentation confirming the appointment of the representative.
JP Oil will process address changes in our database as promptly as possible upon receipt. To guarantee that the change takes effect before the next check run, please ensure your request is submitted by the 10th of the month.
