Owner Relations

Our owner relations department is located in Lafayette, Louisiana and serves as a communications center to answer your inquiries and facilitate transfers of interest. Such requests should be submitted in writing with the appropriate documentation accompanying it. You should include the owner’s name, owner number and state where the well or property is located.

We are available by phone or e-mail. You may leave a message, including your name, the owner’s name, owner number, and daytime phone number or e-mail address. Owner calls or e-mails are generally returned within three (3) business days. Some inquiries may require additional research time. Please note the instructions below for guidance in satisfying our requirements for address changes, transfers of interest and reporting the death of an owner.
