Address Change

In order for your royalty checks to be issued timely by J. P. Oil Company, LLC and delivered timely by the U.S. Postal Service, JP Oil must be notified in writing of all changes of address. A postal forwarding order is not sufficient for an address change and will result in royalty checks being returned to JP Oil and your account being suspended for a bad address. Additionally, if the owner on record is listed as more than one individual, a signature is required by each person listed. Address changes will be implemented in the system as soon as possible upon receipt by JP Oil, however, we must receive them by the 10th of the month to ensure the address change is made before the following check run.
